Kjersti discovered yoga in 2002 and has worked as a yoga instructor since 2006 where she developed a love for Ashtanga Yoga. Kjersti has completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training with John and Lucy Scott (RYT 200 hours), and she is currently working on a 500-hour training.

Kjersti finds that yoga is a great supplement in a hectic everyday life as a lawyer. "Do it whenever you can and when you get time and you will see that yoga gives both pleasure and good physical and mental training!"


My morning routine: Little baby feet that kick me in my face too early in the morning, followed by the cutest smiles. Then coffee and water followed by Yoga and life.


The world needs more of: Justice, forgiveness and dancing people.


I believe in: We adults have a lot to learn from children, justice, compassion, love, humor, yoga and chocolate;)


Love is: Everywhere! In nature, to the moon and back, among people and animals, in yourself, in the heart and as a dancing feeling in the stomach. 


I can't get enough of: Smiles, laughter and the little (and big;) things in life.


Yoga is: A way of life and much more than just asanas (yoga exercises). The physical yoga, however, is a great tool for approaching yoga's many exciting sides.
