Linn is a certified yoga teacher (RYT200) within Ashtanga Vinyasa under the guidance of Basia Lipska Larsen. Her main teacher is Astrid Holte Østbye. She also has training in Yin Yoga with Ulrica Norberg (ISHTA-Yin).


Linn tries to balance yin and yang in her practice while respecting daily, weekly, monthly and annual fluctuations and changes in the body and mind.



My morning routine: Coffee and books. Time for myself on the yoga mat and/or meditation. The mornings are sacred.


The world needs more of: Calmness and stillness

I believe in: Yoga and kind people.


Love is: Very good and very painful. 


I can't get enough of: Fresh air and rosy cheeks, autumn, good books, great songs, coffee and sunsets.


Yoga is: To increase presence in one's own body, one's own mind, and one's own life. To set time for themselves. Being kind to yourself.


My mantra: “Be kind but take no shit.”
